All our orders are processed and shipped every Monday and Thursday.

Our website can sometimes quote a high delivery fee, if this is the case for you, you can rest assured that we will refund what you have been overcharged. You will only pay what it costs for our postage and packaging fees.

Please note all personalised Shoes & Bib orders can take up to three weeks to be delivered.

Europe = 3-5 working days
Worldwide = 5-7 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with or without Signature
Royal Mail 1st Class
UK = 1 working day

Royal Mail Tracked 48 with or without Signature
Royal Mail 2nd Class
UK = 2-3 working day

We recommend selecting a delivery option with signature.
